At the same time, an information database of lubricating medium, additives and emulsion commonly used in the enterprise is established to sort out, summarize and store the physical and chemical properties, label number, service conditions, deterioration cycle, main brands and supplier information of these lubricating medium, additives and emulsion.  
 
2.The procurement of lubrication medium
 
According to the consumption rule of equipment lubricant, additive and emulsion, periodic purchase plan, including oil type, label, package, amount, price, delivery cycle, etc., is made  and a long-term and stable partnership with mature and reputable lubrication medium suppliers is established to ensure stable performance and uninterrupted supply of lubrication medium.  
 
3.The transportation of lubrication medium
 
He transportation includes off-site and in-site transportation, where off-site transportation can be entrusted to oil suppliers, and oil needed by enterprises can be properly delivered to the enterprises in accordance with transportation safety regulations and environmental protection requirements. While in-site transportation should use special transportation vehicles or specially designed refueling vehicles to deliver oil to the side of the equipment for lubrication and refueling. In the process of transportation, there should be safety and fire prevention measures, such as fuel tanker with fire extinguishing device, fuel locomotive with fire hood and other safety facilities, to ensure the safety of transportation. At the same time, in the process of transportation, there should be measures to prevent the splashing of lubricating medium, and the pollution of the environment, so as to ensure that there is no splashing waste in transportation.  
  
4.The test of lubrication medium test and performance inspection
 
The lubrication medium purchased should be tested before storage to ensure that its performance is correct and will not cause large lubrication failure. Meanwhile, the periodic physical and chemical test and performance cycle inspection of the lubricating medium should be carried out to change the system of regular oil change into oil change according to the quality, which is also the main cost reduction point in the lubrication management system solutions.  
 
In the system solutions, it is necessary to combine the actual decision of the enterprise to determine whether to set up lubrication center (station) or laboratory. As to small factories, if the lubrication content needed is not much, it is feasible to entrust the social specialized agencies to test oil products, where the relative cost is low. If the enterprise is large and needs more lubrication equipment, it should be planned to set up a special laboratory, and have the responsibility system of lubrication management in the whole plant. Besides, the personnel, instruments and equipment of the lubrication laboratory should be uniformly designed according to the lubrication workload and lubrication direction of the enterprise.  
 
In addition, in order to ensure the quality of oil change, it is necessary to design the corresponding cleaning and oil change process, especially for those automatic refueling systems, large oil pools and hydraulic tanks.  

5. Storage of lubricating medium  
 
The storage of lubricating oil products should have complete storage procedures, such as delivery sheet, laboratory sheet, etc. Only when the procedures are complete can the storage be allowed.  Lubricating oil should generally be stored in ventilated, lightproof, dry, sun-proof, dust-proof, rain-proof warehouses, and warehouse lighting should have explosion-proof switch structure design. Besides, there should be fire fighting facilities in the warehouse and grease warehouse is not allowed to store gasoline, kerosene and other light oil. At the same time, the corresponding management system should be established to prohibit fireworks and open fire in the oil warehouse.  

6.The management and distribution of lubrication medium
 
The maximum storage time of various lubricating medium should be designed to optimize the procurement cycle, minimize oil inventory, reduce capital possession, and keep oil fresh. The storage of lubricating grease in the warehouse should be designed in accordance with the fixed management mode, where the label should be clear and eye-catching, and the storage and placement of grease should be classified to avoid mixing and misplacing. Besides, regular testing of oil in storage should be carried on. Outbound shipments should be carried out on a first-in, first-out basis to keep the oil in storage fresh, clean and high quality. Relevant procedures should also be designed for oil distribution, which should be in accordance with the name, quality grade, brand number and quantity of the clear and definite oil requisition form. The distribution process, that is, the process of visual inspection of oil products should reflect the principle of "queue up according to the quality, distribute the old and keep the new".  

7.The implementation of lubrication  
 
The first step in lubrication implementation is to select the appropriate lubrication method.  Although the lubrication method has been introduced in the equipment instruction manual when the device is introduced, the enterprise can still evaluate and modify the lubrication method based on the local climate, field temperature, working environment and production status to ensure that the equipment gets more appropriate lubrication.  
 
The main content of lubrication implementation management is the "five fixture", that is, fixed point, fixed person, fixed quality, fixed quantity, and fixed period, "second clean", that is, the oiling tool should be cleaned, and the pores and surrounding areas should be cleaned, and "three filtration", that is, collar oil filtration, bucket filtration and refueling filtration. In addition, combined with specific equipment and lubricating oil conditions, the operation should be implemented as well as the design of the corresponding management document system and inspection and supervision mechanism should be formulated to ensure strict compliance with the provisions.  

8. The monitoring and inspection of lubrication state  
 
The standard of good lubrication condition of equipment should be designed and daily and regular inspection according to the standard should be conducted to monitor whether the lubrication system works normally, whether the oil pipeline is smooth, whether the oil pressure is normal, whether the oil mark is eye-catching and in place and check whether all lubrication parts appear dry friction state, whether lubrication device components are intact, complete and whether linoleum are complete, clean and correctly placed. Meanwhile, according to the actual equipment of the enterprise, specific and detailed lubrication state inspection scheme, including the specification instructions for inspection route, lubrication point, lubrication device part, normal and abnormal standard, inspection period, inspection method and inspection person should be designed (reflecting 5W2H) .
